DirectBuy of Toronto Downtown Promotes Jocelyn Ferrenbach

DirectBuy of Toronto Downtown center owners Autumn & Lois Trumbull, April Hashem, and Sally Warren announced the promotion of Ferrenbach to the title of Senior Service Specialist.

In her new position, Ferrenbach will be responsible for placing orders for members, assisting in the training process for new hires, and educating members on the products and services available at the showroom.
